Tinubu’s certificate scandal: Politics Nigeria claims that Chicago State University has restricted access to its X (Twitter) account in light of current issue surrounding President Bola Tinubu’s diploma.

According to checks made by our journalist on Friday, October 6, intended followers no longer have access to new tweets or direct messages from the university.

Additionally, it was learned that the decision was made as a result of numerous inquiries made by Nigerians on the microblogging platform regarding Tinubu’s diploma to the school.

According to Nigerian journalist Eniola Akinkuotu, “so because some Nigerian youths called out Chicago State University, they decided to shut down their Twitter page for the last six weeks.”

“Unbelievable. So none of their current students, graduates, or potential students can visit the school’s website? Is this school even remotely serious? he asked.

This newspaper previously stated that while Chicago State University acknowledged Tinubu’s attendance, it disassociated itself from the diploma the president is presently displaying in Nigeria.
