  1. Visit the official website at tsmedadm.tsche.in.
  2. Click the link for Web Allotments (Phase 1) on the homepage.
  3. In the newly opened window, select the link labelled “Students – Download provisional allotment.”
  4. Enter your roll number, rank, mobile phone number, and registration number in the fourth step.
  5. Pay the university fee in order to obtain the allocation result.
  6. Your Telangana NEET UG seat allocation 2023 order will appear on the screen.
  7. Download the allocation letter and print a copy for future reference.

For verification purposes, candidates will be required to submit a photocopy of the application form, the allotment letter, and all other required documents to the college’s principal.
