UP BEd Counselling: First phase counseling of BEd 2022 from 30th September

The first phase counseling of BEd 2022 will be held from 30 September. The first phase of counseling will continue till October 31. Dr. Sudhir M. Bobde, Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department has issued a revised order for counseling. The academic session will start from October 10.

The entrance examination of BEd 2022 has been conducted by Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University of Bareilly. After the first phase, the session will begin on October 10. After this the pool counseling will run from November 7 to 15 and after that private colleges will be able to conduct direct counseling. Direct counseling will run from 21st to 25th November.

The entrance exam of UP B.Ed JEE 2022 was conducted on 6th July. 6,67,463 candidates had applied for B.Ed. In this, the result of 6,15,021 candidates has been released. There are 2.25 lakh BEd seats in the state and last year more than 50 percent seats were left vacant. All those who did not take part in the pool counseling, who did not participate in the main counseling or even after participating, the seats were not allotted or the seat was allotted but could not pay the balance fee on time.
