UPSC CDS 2 Notification 2023 today at upsc.nic.in, check details

Upon activation of the registration link on the official website at upsc.gov.in, interested candidates can verify their eligibility and apply for CDS (II).

Today, May 17, 2023, the Union Public Service Commission is scheduled to release the notification for Combined Defence Services, CDS 2023. Upon activation of the registration link on the official website at upsc.gov.in, interested candidates can verify their eligibility and apply for CDS (II).

In accordance with the annual schedule, the CDS (2) notification will be issued today, after which registrations will be made available. On June 6, the online application procedure for UPSC CDS (II) will conclude. The CDS exam will be administered by UPSC on September 3, 2023.

Educational Qualifications
(i) For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai — Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy — Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/Institution.
(iii) For Air Force Academy — Degree of a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
Marital Status
Candidates younger than 25 must be engaged. During instruction, it is prohibited to marry. Candidates over the age of 25 who are married are eligible to register; however, during the training period, neither married housing nor living with family off-site will be provided.
How to apply for UPSC CDS 2?
Step 1. Visit the official website at upsc.gov.in
Step 2. On the homepage, click on the option “Online Application For Various Examinations Of UPSC”
Step 3. To apply for the CDS (II), enter your personal information, address, and educational qualifications
Step 4. Candidates must also select their desired branch
Step 5. Pay the application fee ad submit the form
Step 6. Download and take a copy of the form for future reference
Application Fee
Candidates (except Female/SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200.
