UPSC releases DAF for Civil Services Main Exam 2023: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) recently notified the availability of the Detailed Application Form (DAF) for the UPSC Civil Services Main exam in 2023. Candidates who have passed the CSE Preliminary Examination can now register for the Main Examination on the official websites, upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in. Registration will be available until July 19, 6:00 PM.

The eagerly anticipated Civil Services Main examination is scheduled for 15 September 2023. As the exam date approaches, candidates can anticipate receiving their admit card and information about their assigned exam centres. Three to four weeks prior to the examination date, these details will be disseminated on the commission’s website.

On May 28, 2023, the CSE Preliminary Examinations, which comprise the initial phase of the selection procedure, were administered. The examination results were officially announced on June 12, 2023, following their completion. Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination must now register for the Civil Services Main Examination using the Detailed Application Form-I (DAF-I).

It is essential to note that the estimated number of vacancies to be filled via the UPSC CSE 2023 is approximately 1105. By taking the upcoming main examination, candidates have an exceptional opportunity to pursue a career in the civil services.

In their official notification, the UPSC stipulates that candidates who have passed the preliminary stage must submit the Detailed Application Form-I (DAF-I) within the specified timeframe. From July 10, 2023, until July 19, 2023, 6:00 p.m., the application form will be accessible on the UPSC website.
