UPSESSB: High Court orders interview of remaining 6 candidates for Principal Recruitment

UPSESSB Recruitment: The remaining six candidates will be interviewed on July 29 for appointment to 632 posts of Principal Recruitment 2013 in aided secondary schools of the state. The High Court had ordered to interview the remaining six candidates. In Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board, Chairman Viresh Kumar has decided to take the interview himself as all the ten posts of the members are vacant. For this consent letter has been taken from all the six candidates.

Earlier interviews have been conducted from March 14 to May 30. After the interview of these six candidates, the result, which has been delayed for nine years, is expected to be declared soon. In the four years since becoming the President on April 8, 2018, Viresh Kumar has so far interviewed only two candidates.

Added Marks of BEd-MEd, Name in Waiting List:

The marks of B.Ed and M.Ed of a candidate Karunapathi Shukla were not added in the Trained Graduates (TGT) 2016 Recruitment of Secondary Education Services Selection Board. He petitioned the High Court, after which on the order of the court, the selection board has included the name in the waiting list adding the marks of BEd-MEd.
