ANM & GNM-2023 results: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the examination results for ANM & GNM-2023. These results determine admission to ANM(R) and GNM programmes in various West Bengal institutions.
On the official WBJEEB websites, www.wbjeeb.nic.in and www.wbjeeb.in, aspirant candidates can obtain their rank cards.
The ANM(R) & GNM-2023 examination was held on July 23, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. WBJEEB has established merit rankings based on the performance of candidates on the standardised entrance examinations. Individual candidates have access to and can obtain their respective score and rank cards. It is essential to note that WBJEEB does not publish rank/score lists in order to protect the privacy of each candidate.
Details
WBJEEB has issued separate grades for ANM(R) and GNM, both of which carry the designation GMR (General Merit Rank). The ranking is based on the descending order of entrance exam scores. In addition, merit-based positions have been set aside for candidates from various reserved categories, including SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PwD/EWS/Orphan/CD, as applicable.
Despite the fact that rank cards have been issued to all ANM(R) & GNM-2023 candidates, not all may have received a rank and therefore may not be eligible for counselling. The Board will determine the counseling-related threshold rank and/or score.
Within twenty-four hours of the result announcement, candidates with grievances regarding their scores can email the Board at info@wbjeeb.in with copies of their OMRs, rank cards, question booklet numbers, series codes, and question-by-question score calculations. Physical representations are also accepted until 12 p.m. on the next business day following the release of the results, but no questions will be entertained after that time.
Candidates can compute their scores using their machine-read responses and the final answer keys that have been published. Candidates wishing to obtain a calculation sheet from the Board must submit a demand draught for Rs 500/- made payable to “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board” in Kolkata. This facility is accessible for up to 60 days after the announcement of results, or until the conclusion of the counselling process, whichever comes first.
In addition, the WBJEEB has announced the counselling dates for ANM(R) and GNM courses from September 12 through September 22, 2023. In order to participate in the online counselling procedure, qualified candidates must submit their preferred college and institute choices. Seat allocation will be determined by candidates’ rankings and preferences.
