Drake’s For All The Dogs: Things to expect from his new album

Drake has always valued features highly. His career has been heavily influenced by collaboration from the beginning.

For All The Dogs: The much awaited album is scheduled to release on Friday after a few delays. There is a good deal we already know about the album and what to anticipate from it based on his social media posts, media stories, and recent lead single release for “Slime You Out” starring SZA.

Drake has a reputation for navel-gazing and self-indulgence throughout his whole career. While he has recently done so in some of his music, this hasn’t been all that noticeable lately.

Although it makes critics laugh, fans adore it when Drake complains about how poorly women treat him while simultaneously exposing himself as a toxic lover in the same sentence.

When he announced his album, Drake hinted at a return to this by writing, “They say they miss the old Drake girl, don’t tempt me. IN FOR ALL DOGS. In that way, the first single, “Slime You Out,” is already heading.

The “old Drake” might alternatively refer to a Drake who rapped much more forcefully than he does now, or a Drake who released some very powerful R&B songs that struck a chord with listeners.

Drake And SZA’s First Official Collaboration: Delve Into To Know the Details

Drake’s For All The Dogs

Drake has always valued features highly. His career has been heavily influenced by collaboration from the beginning. Drake has previously said that SZA, Nicki Minaj, Lil Yachty, and 21 Savage will appear on the next album.

Drake revealed to the fans at one of his recent tour stops in Los Angeles that he had also worked with the Latin music icon Bad Bunny on the album.

It’s been about six years since me and Benito recorded a song, so we have a legitimate tune that will be on my album, he said.

Prior to this, Drake and Bad Bunny worked together on the platinum-selling track “Mia” from 2018.

Drake is a very petty person, that much is certain. The Canadian pop sensation isn’t hesitant to speak his truth, whether it’s taking potshots at his enemies (or the enemies of his foes) or calling out an ex-girlfriend who he believes treated him unfairly.

On his most recent Travis Scott collaboration, “Meltdown,” where he took jabs at Pharrell Williams and Pusha T, as well as his most recent album, “Her Loss,” where people like Megan Thee Stallion were singled out, this was arguably more obvious than ever.
