Invasion Season 2 Episode 4: “Fireworks” splits its running time between three primary subplots. Mitsuki (Shioli Kutsuna) investigates a peculiar signal in the first episode, Trevante (Shamier Anderson) pursues clues in an Oklahoman jail cell in the second, and the Maliks advance with the Movement in the final episode.
The show continues to intertwine these plotlines, despite the fact that its overall quality remains disappointingly low. This installment contains more clichéd dialogue, overacting, and illogical plot developments. Here’s what occurred in Episode 3 of Season 2 of Invasion:
Mitsuki conducts experiments on the alien vessel. The signal that the spacecraft is emitting is displayed to her. Mitsuki believes this is a signal of distress sent to the mothership. She is able to infiltrate into the mothership by using ABC.
The Movement transports the Maliks to the subsequent refugee facility. On the way there, they receive a distress call from a family besieged by aliens in a ravine. They respond to this summons and embark on a rescue mission.
Rose, the secretary at the police station, greets Trevante. He requests that she recover his notebook. She initially refuses to assist him. He observes a correlation between the posters of missing persons and Caspar’s drawings. The numerals in his drawings correspond to the dates of disappearance. Eventually, she releases Trevante.
Mitsuki informs Nikhil of her plan. Through manipulating the mothership, she is able to disable the alien’s cloaking technology. The military could then launch nuclear weapons at the alien vessels. President Benya accepts the proposal.
The Movement enters the ravine to assist the lost family. Luke enters to assist, and Aneesha enters after him. This renders Sarah alone.
Mitsuki’s plan is successful; the military destroys seven alien vessels across the globe. They rejoice in this victory.
The Movement has emerged from the ravine. They are startled by the aliens’ decision to surrender. However, Clark is injured. Aneesha observes that Sarah has vanished.

Trevante will investigate the surrounding area for additional clues while consulting Caspar’s notebook.
