Meet the Waterloo Road Cast 2024: This is the cast list for the new season of Waterloo Road, which will air on BBC One. Several of the group from Season 12 are back for Season 13, which comes out just eight months after Season 12.

There will also be five new actors playing kids at the school. One of them is Hattie Dynevor, whose mother was Sally Dynevor and who played Sally Metcalfe on Coronation Street for 17 years. Her sister Phoebe played Daphne on the hit Netflix show Bridgerton.

Some of the new students have been missing school for a long time, and the new series is likely to dig into their lives as well as other dramatic stories that affect students and school staff today.

What place does season 13 of Waterloo Road take place?

Waterloo Road takes place in and is made in Greater Manchester. The most recent season was shot in an old school building in Swinton, Salford.

From the 1950s until 2013, this was where St. Ambrose Barlow Roman Catholic High School was located. In 2013, the school moved to a school in Wardley. Since the show’s return in 2023 for season 11, Waterloo Road has been shot at the Swinton site.

The show was first filmed in Rochdale at the site of a former elementary school. Later, it moved to Greenock, Scotland, and was shot at a former high school until it was canceled in 2015.
