For the second year in a row, the nominees list features an increased presence of streaming content, with Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, Wednesday, and Stranger Things among the nominees. Notably, Ted Lasso on Apple TV+ has also been nominated.

In the domain of dramatic performance, an enthralling contest ensues. In Happy Valley, the indomitable Catherine Cawood and Tommy Lee Royce, portrayed by Sarah Lancashire and James Norton, are pitted against one another once more.
