Star Wars series Ahsoka: Ahsoka is arguably the most anticipated Star Wars series on Disney Plus, providing everyone’s favourite outcast Jedi the spotlight.
In 2020, acclaimed actor Rosario Dawson took over the role of Ahsoka Tano from The Clone Wars voice actor Ashley Eckstein, with cameos in The Mandalorian season 2 and The Book of Boba Fett to follow.
In a full-fledged Ahsoka spin-off, the title character will resume her feud with the cold and calculating Grand Admiral Thrawn, who seeks to restore the Empire’s former glory.
Lars Mikkelsen reprises his role as the menacing antagonist, as he did in Rebels, but other characters from the previous animated series have been recast, such as the brash Mandalorian warrior Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo) and the missing Jedi Ezra Bridger (Eman Escandi).
Hayden Christensen, who reprised his role as Anakin Skywalker in the 2022 miniseries Obi-Wan Kenobi, will also reprise his role here, though it is unclear in what capacity he will appear — force spirit or flashback?

Who Is Sabina Wren?
Sabine Wren is a Mandalorian rebel who hopes to liberate her people by joining the Empire’s forces. She discovered the Darksaber and ultimately gave it to Bo-Katan Kryze (Katee Sackhoff), as seen in seasons 2 and 3 of The Mandalorian. Wren is still grieving the death of her best friend, Ezra Bridger, who vanished during a decisive combat against Thrawn above the planet Lothal.

Rebels fan-favourite Ezra is a street urchin who joins the crew of the Ghost before being trained in the Jedi techniques by Kanan Jarrus. Ezra and the crew of the Ghost also join the Rebel Alliance to liberate the galaxy. Ezra sacrifices himself to vanquish Grand Admiral Thrawn, and he and Thrawn then vanish into uncharted regions of the galaxy. The expectation is that he survived his exile.

David Oyelowo, known for portraying Kallus in Star Wars Rebels and Silo, is scheduled to appear in Ahsoka.
Obviously, additional surprise cameos are still possible. David Oyelowo, who voiced Agent Kallus, discussed the possibility of reprising his role in a live-action film with RadioTimes.com, so we wouldn’t be astonished if more Rebels made an appearance.
I portray a white man with ginger sideburns in the animated version of Agent Kallus, so I’m not exactly sure how to reconcile that with the live-action version.
