After the film “Susuk,” Ayu endeavors to liberate her sister Laras from the malevolent spirit that is swaying her. Along the journey, they encounter numerous obstacles, including assaults from locals desiring their departure.

Upon reaching the grave, they discover Laras is already awake and engaged in combat. When Ayu discovers the connection between the evil and their mother, she intends to carry Laras to her grave. Laras appears to be liberated from the darkness that has been imprisoning her.

After jointly burying Laras and their mother, Ayu resumes her regular life, as seen in the fact that she cleans herself in a taxicab’s mirror. Ayu may have lost everyone she cared about as a result of the susuk, a talisman needle capable of bestowing either good fortune or misfortune.
