Zach Bryan Reveals New Self-Titled Album: In 2023, Zach Bryan is preparing to release one of the most significant and anticipated albums in country music. Despite some false starts and misinformation on the album due to the lack of press releases or even official acknowledgement of the album’s release, we now have a much clearer image, and many fans of Zach Bryan are eagerly awaiting its release.

The album will feature collaborations with Sierra Ferrell, The War & Treaty, Kacey Musgraves, and The Lumineers. It will be released by Zach Bryan’s Belting Bronco Records and distributed by Warner on August 25. The album was written and produced solely by Zach Bryan.

Release Date

Initially, the album’s release date was reported to be August 18, and Zach Bryan stated that it would only contain eleven compositions. In a social media post on Friday (8-18), he verified the track listing. At one point, “Writers & Fighters” was proposed as the album’s title, but it was presumably abandoned. Bryan has also stated that he plans to release additional recordings after the album, including a song titled “Deep Satin,” but he wanted to self-produce the album itself.

The new Zach Bryan album will be released during a hectic week for major albums. It is the same week that the Turnpike Troubadours release their first album in nearly six years, A Cat in the Rain, giving artists from northeast Oklahoma a double dose of major albums. The new albums by Morgan Wade and Old Crow Medicine Show are Psychopath and Jubilee, respectively.

With sixteen tracks, the new Zach Bryan album will vie for the top spot on the country album rankings, but pre-orders will not be available. Although Warner has validated the album’s existence and the release date of August 25, physical product, including vinyl, is still uncertain. In typical Zach Bryan fashion, he is not waiting for the managers to get everything in order before releasing the album.

The album was recorded at MilkBoy facility in Philadelphia and completed in a facility in Toronto.
