JEE Main 2020 exam dress code update: The National Testing Agency is all set to conduct JEE Main April 2020 session from September 1 to 6 at 660 exam centres amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
As many as 8,58,273 candidates have registered for the April session of JEE Main 2020. Therefore, students will need to dress up as per the instructions of NTA officials and also in a way to avoid spreading the Coronavirus infection.
Candidates should know the instructions related to JEE Main dress code to be followed by the aspirants for appearing in the exam.
JEE Main 2020 Dress Code: Candidates should note that NTA has not specified any particular JEE Main dress code. However, candidates should in general make sure to follow the following instructions when it comes to the dress code for JEE Main.
While the candidates are not allowed to carry any metallic objects in the examination hall, there should not be any metal part in the dress worn as well.
In view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the NTA has taken extra measures to ensure safety of candidates. Candidates must read the exam day instructions mentioned on the JEE Main 2020 admit card and follow them on the exam day.
Students should bring the following things to the exam hall.
A simple transparent ballpoint pen
Photo ID proof
additional photograph
Hand sanitizer (50 ml)
Transparent water bottle
PwD certificate (if applicable)
