UPSEE 2020 postponed, check latest updates and other details

UPSEE 2020 postponed update: Uttar Pradesh state entrance examination (UPSEE) 2020, scheduled to be held on August 2, 2020, has been postponed.

Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (also known as AKTU), in a noticed mentioned the exam will now be held on September 20, 2020.

While AKTU’s decision to postpone UPSEE comes right after Education Ministry’s decision to postpone JEE Main, NEET UG, and JEE Advanced exams, UPSEE 2020 is held for admission to Undergraduate, postgraduate, Integrated MBA, Integrated MCA, and lateral entry programmes offered by degree level engineering institutions and other professional colleges in Uttar Pradesh.

Candidates should note that UPSEE 2020 question paper will be objective in nature except for the Drawing Aptitude test and all papers will be OMR-based.

According to reports, Over 1.39 lakh candidates have deposited fees for the online examination. In 2019, a total of 1, 38,280 candidates had applied for the exam.

AKTU has again rescheduled the UPSEE 2020 dates in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak.

At present, the exam is scheduled to be held on September 20, 2020. Earlier, the UPSEE 2020 was to be conducted on August 2, 2020.
