CUET Result by 15 September: UGC ask higher educational institutes colleges to keep their web portals ready

CUET Result 2022: National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the result of Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission to undergraduate courses by September 15.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has asked the participating higher education institutes to keep their web portals ready to start the graduation admission process.

In a tweet, UGC Chairman, M Jagadesh said, “National Testing Agency is expected to declare the CUET-UG results by 15th September or if possible a few days before as well. All the participating universities should keep their web portals ready to start the UG admission process on the basis of CUET-UG score.

Let us tell you, in its first year around 14,90,000 candidates had given the exam. It is the second largest exam in India after NEET, in which more than 18 lakh students had registered for it.

The result of CUET-UG will be released on the website of NTA. Students will be able to check their scores from nta.ac.in, cuet.nta.nic.in and cuet.samarth.ac.in.

At present, the answer key of CUET UG exam has been released. Whereas CUET result will be based on the final answer key.

A merit list will be prepared by the participating universities or organizations. On the basis of CUET score, universities can conduct their personal counseling. The record of Common University Entrance Test (CUET 2022) will be kept safe for 90 days from the date of declaration of result.

In its first year, CUET is comprised of 86 universities. This includes Delhi University, Jamia Millia Islamia, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Aligarh Muslim University, Jamia Hamdard, TISS, BHU and other universities like Allahabad University, Calcutta University, Jadavpur University and Mumbai University.
