Gujarat TAT-S Prelims Results 2023 out, 41% of 1.45 lakh candidates qualify

Gujarat TAT-S Prelims Results 2023: Wednesday, the state examination authority released the preliminary results for the Teachers’ Aptitude Test – Secondary (TAT-S).

The results indicated that, of the 1.45 million applicants who had taken the examination, 41%, or 60,566, qualified by scoring 70 or more points on a 200-point question paper. TAT-S is administered to candidates who wish to instruct in secondary schools. TAT-S preliminary testing occurred on June 4. On June 25, qualified candidates will be able to sit the TAT-S Main Exam.

The state government has recently altered the requirements for employment as a teacher in grades 9–12 institutions. The candidates must now pass two assessments in order to qualify for the position.

Previously, candidates were required to take only one TAT test; now, there will be two: TAT-Prelims and TAT-Main. All future recruitment will be founded on TAT’s new organisational structure. The state government began administering TAT in 2012. The TAT-S main exam was originally scheduled to take place on June 18, but has now been moved to June 25.

The TAT-S Mains examination will be held in Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat, and Vadodara.

The board data revealed that 29.71%, or 43,125 candidates, earned 80 or more points, while 19.83%, or 28,777 candidates, earned 90 or more points. The board’s data revealed that 18,036 candidates, or 12.43 per cent, scored 100 out of 200, while 5,208 candidates, or 3.59 per cent, scored 120 or more.
