In the first phase of the JEE Main examination, only 5% to 6% of students across the country showed up. However, more students participated this year than last. 8 lakh 66 thousand students had applied to take the exam. In this case, approximately 50 thousand students did not take the examination. Students from Bihar were less than ten percent absent because the JEE Main exam and board exams were held concurrently. Students who are not prepared in the first phase, on the other hand, will appear in the second phase.
As soon as the first phase results are available, the application process for the second phase will begin on February 10. The exam will take place in April. It will begin on April 6. The exam will be held on April 10, 11, and 12. Its findings will also be made public by April 20. 2.5 lakh students will be chosen for JEE Advanced based on the combination of both results.
