The percentage score obtained on the admission exam serves as the main criterion for ranking.

The score on the +2 Science test or its equivalent will also be taken into account when rating candidates.

The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exam percentage will be taken into consideration.

If relevant, the subject with the highest percentage of marks—Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM)—will be taken into consideration.

In the case that there is still a tie, the applicant who is older will receive a greater honour or rank. Candidates should consult the official website for more information.
