CUET UG 2023 results expected by July 15:  According to UGC Chief M Jagadeesh Kumar, the results of the Common University Entrance Test UG 2023 are expected to be released by July 15.

In addition to their results, candidates can view the answer key on the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in once it has been published.

Originally, the results were expected to be available by June 20, but the timeline was extended to the first week of July.

This year, the CUET-UG received over 14 lakh applications, a significant 41% increase from its inaugural edition last year. It has become the second-largest entrance exam in the country by number of applicants, with 12.5 lakh students registering for the exam and 9.9 lakhs submitting applications in its first edition.

Complexity of the procedure is to blame for the National Testing Agency’s (NTA) delay in processing results. Although the entrance exam is administered on a computer, the processing involved in announcing the results is time-consuming. After the conclusion of the answer key challenge, the feedback is reviewed and the answer keys are finalised. This requires a multi-day examination of answer keys from multiple disciplines’ test papers. Due to the vast quantity of data, the NTA must then produce normalised scores for each candidate, which takes time. The scores are meticulously validated to ensure their accuracy.

Despite the length of time required to obtain results, it is crucial to comprehend the meticulousness of the process in order to maintain fairness and accuracy. The official announcement of the results is expected to be made on or before July 15. Candidates are advised to exercise patience and wait for the announcement.
