Haryana: Schools to remain closed due to cold wave today

All private and government schools have been ordered shut and a school holiday declared for tomorrow – December 26, 2019, pointed out the notification.

Due to on going cold wave conditions prevailing in the state, the Directorate of Education, DoE Haryana has released an order to close all schools in the state as the mercury continued to dip.

All private and government schools have been ordered shut and a school holiday declared for tomorrow – December 26, 2019, pointed out the notification.

However, parents and students are advised to check with their respective schools for confirmation of the same.

While many schools have already announced a winter vacation, students are hence advised to check with the respective schools. The Indian Meteorological Department [IMD] is expected to dip further. The national capital territory – Delhi and adjoining areas shivered at 6 degrees today.
