Fields played irrational and antisocial characters, but he never wavered in his love of booze or in his contempt for kids and dogs. As he toured throughout America and the seven seas, becoming renowned for his juggling acts, Queen Victoria was among his guests. During his forty years as a performer, Fields starred in numerous movies and rose to fame.
One of the greatest legacies ever created by an artist, Fields passed away at the age of 66.
