International Yoga Day: Importance, Significance and Benefits; All you need to know

The first time International Yoga Day was celebrated with the theme “Yoga for Harmony and Peace” on June 21, 2015, following its inception in the United Nations General Assembly in 2014.

International Yoga Day 2020 update: While the International Yoga Day is celebrated on 21 June since 2015, the theme of 2020 is Yoga for Health-Yoga at Home.
