On August 15, National Philip Day honours all Philips around the globe. The show acquired an enormous following in a short period of time. In 2018, ‘Dr. Phil’ was the most popular syndicated programme with a national Nielsen rating of 2.9 (live-plus-same-day). Phil McGraw was ranked 22nd on the Forbes list in 2020 with revenues of $65.5 million.

Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, was Queen Elizabeth II’s spouse. Philip is the male member of the British royal dynasty with the longest lifespan. He was born in Greece to the royal dynasties of Greece and Denmark. At 18 months of age, his family was exiled. Philip helped establish carriage driving as an equestrian sport.
