We don’t need to go into great detail on the origins, motivations, and methods of the mentor-mentee relationship. It should go without saying that everyone occasionally needs someone to help them get through a difficult situation. We want someone to lift our spirits and reassure us that there is still hope for the world and ourselves if we are feeling down. Our mentor is someone who enters our lives and has a profound impact on us.
