Integral Coach Factory ICF Railway Bharti: Indian Railways’ production unit Carriage Factory, Chennai (Integral Coach Factory – ICF) has invited applications for the 876 Apprentice posts. This recruitment has been taken out for both the ordinary 10th pass ie freshers and ITI certificate holder youth. There are 276 vacancies for freshers and 600 for ITI pass youths. Interested candidates can apply for the Apprentice posts by visiting the official website pb.icf.gov.in. The last date of application has been fixed as 26 July 2022.

There will be recruitment in these trades – Carpenter, Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Painter, Welder, Dice.

Age Limit- 15 to 24 years. SC and ST will be given a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit and three years for OBC.

Qualification for ITI pass youth

Posts: For Fitter, Electrician & Machinist Posts

Eligibility: – 10th pass with Maths and Science with at least 50% marks. And National Trade Certificate in relevant trade issued by NCVT or SCVT.

Training – 1 year.

Carpenter, Painter & Welder

Eligibility: – 10th pass with at least 50% marks. And National Trade Certificate in relevant trade issued by NCVT or SCVT.

Training – 1 year.

Programmatic and System Admin, Assistant

Eligibility: – 10th pass with at least 50% marks. And National Trade Certificate in relevant trade issued by NCVT or SCVT.
Training – 1 year.

For freshers youth

Fitter, Electrician, Machinist

Eligibility: – 10th pass with Science and Maths with at least 50% marks.

Training – 2 years.

Carpenter and Painter

Eligibility: – 10th pass with at least 50% marks.

Training – 2 years.

Welder

Eligibility: – 10th pass with at least 50% marks.
Training – 1 year 3 months.

Stipend

1. Freshers – Class 10th – 6000/- (Per Month)

2. Freshers – Class 12th Pass 7000/- (Per Month)

3. Pre ITI – 7000/- (Per Month)

Selection

There will be no exam and interview for this recruitment of apprentice. This recruitment will be done on the basis of marks obtained in class 10th. Merit will be made on the basis of marks obtained in 10th.

Application Fee – Rs.100. SC, ST and women candidates do not have to pay any fee.

The employer shall not be bound to offer any employment to any trainee after the completion of training, nor shall the trainee be bound to accept any employment offered by the employer.
