TNUSRB SI Recruitment 2023: Notification out for 621 posts, registration from June 1

TNUSRB SI Recruitment 2023: The Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board has issued a recruitment notice for the Sub Inspector, TN SI 2023 position. On the official website at tnusrb.tn.gov.in, interested candidates may review the eligibility requirements and submit an application beginning on 1 June.

According to the schedule, online registration will begin on 1 June 2023 and conclude on 30 June 2023. The tentative date for the SI recruitment examination is August 2023. The Board will announce the precise date at the appropriate time.

Age Eligibility

The applicant must be at least 20 years old and no older than 30 years old as of July 1, 2023. The maximum age limit is relaxed for reserved categories.

Qualifications in Education

The applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an institution/university recognised by the University Grants Commission/Government in accordance with the 10+2+3/4/5 or 10+3+2/3 pattern for Diploma courses. However, candidates who obtained their Bachelor’s degree through Open Universities without following the aforementioned pattern will not be eligible.

Selection Method

The selection of TN SI candidates will be based on the Written Test, Certificate Verification, and Physical Tests, followed by an Interview and Special Marks.

Application Fee

Applicants are required to pay a Rs. 500 examination fee. The examination fee for departmental candidates taking both the Open Quota and Departmental Quota examinations is Rs. 1000. There are both online (Net-banking/UPI/credit card/debit card) and offline (check) payment options available (State Bank of India cash challan).
