UPHESC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2022: Know how many applied for up assistant professor 981 vacancy

UPHESC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2022: On behalf of the Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Service Commission, 1,14,514 candidates have registered for the recruitment of 981 Assistant Professor posts under advertisement number 51 in non-government aided colleges. Out of these, 89,467 candidates have finally submitted the application form along with payment of fees till Tuesday afternoon. The last date for submission of online applications will be submitted by Wednesday. After that the actual number of applications will be known on Thursday. Earlier, the requisition for 917 posts was sent by the Directorate of Higher Education.

Of the vacancies, maximum 80 posts in 37 subjects are of Hindi.

Commerce 49, Botany 48, Geography 47, Political Science 44, Sanskrit 43, Sociology 42, Physics 40, Zoology 33, History and Pedagogy 25-25, Mathematics 24, Military Science 21, Ancient History 19, Psychology 17, Physical Education 13, Home Science, Philosophy and Music Singing ten, Painting nine, Law and Urdu eight eight, Horticulture, Anthropology and Music Sitar four each, Agricultural Economics and Music Tabla three each, Statistics two and Asian Culture has a position. There are 756 posts of assistant professors in co-educational colleges and 161 in women’s colleges.
