Early Life

Nathan John Feuerstein, often known as NF, was born in Gladwin, Michigan, on March 30, 1991. He has two sisters and is the eldest of three siblings. Unfortunately, his parents divorced, and he spent much of his childhood living with his mother. However, his father was eventually forced to remove him and one of his sisters due to a tense situation involving his mother’s boyfriend.

He wrote the song “How Could You Leave Us” in honour of his mother, who tragically died in 2009 from an opiate overdose.
