Growing up in the Michelin-starred kitchen of his family, he received his first Michelin star at the age of 26 and hasn’t stopped since. 4. Yannick Alleno

Yannick Alleno oversees 18 restaurants around the globe. His Alléno Paris du Pavillon Ledoyen, located in the Champs-Élysées Gardens, is one of the oldest restaurants in Paris. It is a constellation of Michelin-starred restaurants, with three-star ratings in the 2020 French Michelin Guide. In 2020, Pavillon Ledoyen became established with the highest independent star rating in the globe.
