Aged Care Employee Day will become an official Australian holiday in 2019, thanks to the efforts of Leading Age Services Australia, a national aged-care foundation, highlighting the significance of honouring these employees in guiding the country’s seniors through their retirement years. The efforts of young workers ensure that senior citizens do not feel left behind in a world that is swiftly changing.
