According to Drik Panchang, Dhanteras 2022 falls on Saturday, October 22. The puja mahurat will start at 07:00 pm and cease at 08:17 pm. Additionally, the Pradosh Kaal is from 05:44 pm to 08:17 pm, and the Vrishabha Kaal is from 07:00 pm to 08:56 pm. The Trayodashi Tithi will start at 06:02 pm on October 22 and end at 06:03 pm on October 23.
The puja, on this day, is performed only after the sunset. As per the rituals, Goddess Lakshmi is worshipped on the day of Dhanteras. Moreover, Dhanteras Katha is recited, and people light up diyas in their houses. On this day or a day prior Dhanteras, many people additionally clean their residences to welcome Maa Lakshmi.
