Southwest Cajun Fest
Feb. 3

From 2 to 9 p.m., the Southwest Cajun Fest will take over Dr. AJ Chandler Park in Chandler. During the event, attendees will be treated to New Orleans French Quarter flavor with a brass band, stilt walkers, and street performers. There will be many food items available for those who are interested in Cajun cooking, including gumbo, frog legs, beignets, po boys, hush puppies, catfish, alligator bites, and seafood boils. Ticket prices for general admission are $28, and tickets for kids ages 3-12 are $8. Kids under 3 are free. Kids will love the alligator petting zoo and music by the Killer Dueling Pianos.

Arizona Strong Beer Festival
Feb. 17

There will be several craft beers from local breweries on display at the Arizona Strong Beer Festival on February 17 at Salt River Fields from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The concourse will have food available to complement the brews. A college baseball game will be held for those who wish to pass the time while sampling beers. Tickets range in price from $20 to $90. On Feb. 16, between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., craft beer enthusiasts can pick up their wristbands at Salt River Fields.

Who could resist 185 different food and retail vendors all under one roof? The Avondale and Phoenix FoodieLand Festivals will take place on two separate weekends this year. The festival will take place in Phoenix on March 8 from 3 to 10 p.m. and in Avondale from 1 to 10 p.m. In Avondale, the event will take place March 22 between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m., while in Phoenix, the event will take place between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m. A number of restaurants will be featured, including Lucky Ball, Nogakes Kitchen, Cotton Candy Central, Potato Hut, Lemontea Squeeze and others. The event will also include games and live entertainment. Tickets are $6 and children under five are free. All tickets must be purchased online and do not include food or drink.
Arizona Salsa Fest
March 9
9591 W. Sportsman Park North, Glendale
Live music, tequila, and salsa will be available on The Great Lawn outside of State Farm Stadium at Sportsman Park North, Glendale. Come join fellow salsa connoisseurs on March 9 for a salsa-tasting event. The event begins at 11 a.m. and features live music as well as food vendors. Tickets for general admission are currently $10, but will increase as the event approaches. A VIP experience ticket is available for $125, which includes an exclusive mixology session with celebrity bartender Rob Floyd and a complimentary tasting menu prepared by Arizona chef and owner of Requinto, Erick Pineda.
Arizona Aloha Festival

This spring, the Arizona Aloha Festival will celebrate all things Hawaiian at Tempe Town Lake. A ukulele corner, an island marketplace, and vendors selling Hawaiian foods will be available for patrons to visit on March 16 and 17 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A live performance will also be performed by Hawaiian Island and South Pacific. It is free to enter the festival, and vendors will be selling food.
Uncorked: Arizona Wine Festival
April 6
7555 N. Pima Road, Scottsdale
The fourth annual Uncorked: Arizona Wine Festival will include over 100 wines from around the world, along with food trucks and a live DJ at 7555 N. Pima Road, Scottsdale. A $75 early admission fee is required to enter the event at 6 p.m. and includes a bonus hour of tastings and bonus pours from wineries. A $60 general admission fee is required to enter the event at 7 p.m. The event concludes at 10 p.m. and is open to all individuals 21 and older. The event benefits the Arizona Small Dog Rescue, a local nonprofit organization.
The Original Taste

As part of The Original Taste festival on April 13, over 40 local restaurants will be serving samples of their menus including Kasai Steakhouse, Ling and Louies, and Fogo de Chao. More than 50 wines from around the world, select brands of beer and premium liquor options will also be available. A general admission ticket costs $150. A VIP ticket costs $350. Fried French Fry and Music Festival is taking place April 20 at 67 W. Culver Street.
During the Fried French Fry and Music Festival, which takes place at Margaret T. Hance Park on April 20, there will be classic fries and loaded versions with savory toppings. Live music will also be available from local bands and performers. Tickets are $16, and attendees may purchase food and drink from individual vendors at the event.

During the Verde Valley Wine Festival, attendees will have the opportunity to sample local wines and other libations, as well as listen to live music on May 11. The Arizona Wine Growers Association and the Verde Valley Wine Consortium are organizing a festival, with advance tickets priced at $35 and door tickets at $45.
