National BraveHearts Day on April 28 flawlessly captures this sentiment, which we believe applies to everyone battling paediatric cancer. This day was created to recognise the courage and fortitude of those affected by paediatric cancer, including children, their families, friends, and anyone who cares.

Amy and Jeremy Jacobs were aware of how isolating this battle could be, as they had been in a similar circumstance when their child was diagnosed with a medulloblastoma brain tumour. They founded the BraveHearts For Kids organisation in order to aid and support others who, like them, were diagnosed with childhood cancer. They provide assistance, support, guidance, and resources for free and allocate all individual contributions to various support programmes.
National BraveHearts Day was created by this organisation to honour the children, parents, loved ones, and others who care for these champions. Now, April 28 is observed annually as National BraveHearts Day.
