Grapes:

This is a common fruit and is easily available to include in your daily diet. Grapes alleviate indigestion, constipation, fatigue, kidney disorders, and eye problems. It is rich in several vitamins and also possesses minerals like calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and selenium.
