And those people who are suffering from bad stomachs and remain destitute for the long term, just try sleeping on your left side. You might think that we are not aware of our sleeping position while we sleep so deeply but while going to bed, just lie on your left at least and eventually you get the deepest sleep initially.

When you intake your food every day, food is broken down into smaller particles and can be easily reached from the small intestine to the large intestine. This happens when you sleep on the left side and your stomach gets cleared and cleaned. Yet another positive thing is that when you sleep left side, the acid produced in your gut by sleeping moves down instead of going up. Thus, it helps in preventing acidity in your stomach.

By drowsing on your left, you can prevent constipation, gas trouble and obesity as well. Just adapt the right position to sleep to lead a healthy life!
