Even if you do not join a gym, you may meet new individuals while sitting in the stands during a sporting event. Or, obtain the signature of your favourite sports figure at a festival. Occasionally, the most supportive action is to cheer on a team or a group of peers as they compete. The focus of National Gymnastics Day is health and camaraderie.
