American Ninja Warrior Season 15 Winner: After a stunning conclusion to Season 15, American Ninja Warrior has crowned a $1 million winner.
Athletes with incredible skills enter the ANW stage every year hoping to be the next champion. This season’s ANW events were among the fiercest yet, from the suspenseful Qualifying Rounds through the exciting Semi-Finals. Earning the title of ANW Champion is no easy feat. To gain Total Victory, Ninjas not only have to climb the 75-foot rope climb on Mt. Midoriyama, but they also have to reach the summit of the mountain in less than 30 seconds. Numerous ANW champions have made the ascent, but the Last Ninja Standing hasn’t made it to the summit in time for a number of years.
Fans were thrilled to see that Season 15 has produced yet another $1 million winner, bringing the total number of ANW competitors who have won the $1 million and the title of Champion to just two.

American Ninja Warrior Season 15 Winner, who was awarded $1 million?
After climbing Mt. Midoriyama successfully and recording the best final time, Vance Walker was crowned the Season 15 Champion. In Season 15, an unprecedented number of Ninjas advanced to Stage 4, where they were aptly dubbed the “Great Eight.” That’s correct, eight Ninjas who defy gravity finished Stage 3 in an attempt to summit the difficult Mt. Midoriyama. Walker ultimately won the $10,000 prize for having the fastest time, clocking in at 00:26.75.
A number of ANW contests, including ANW Junior, ANW Season 13, and ANW Season 14, have seen Walker compete. It was evident that Walker was the front-runner as soon as he stepped onto the ANW stage in Season 15.

Vance Walker made a quick impression in American Ninja Warrior Season 15
In the Qualifying Rounds, Ninja competitors had to contend with a number of new obstacles and rule modifications, including an elevated 18.5-foot Mega Wall and a $10,000 reward for any Ninja who could finish the course in less than 1:20. Walker’s daring approach to the course demonstrated his determination to succeed later in the tournament.
Vivian Walker advanced to the Semi-Finals
Walker finished the course in the quickest time among the Ninjas on the third night of the Season 15 Semi-Finals. Walker and Isaiah Thomas were dispatched to the Power Tower to compete for the coveted Safety Pass after Walker’s victory. Given the increased difficulty of Stages 1 and 2 of the Finals, the Safety Pass changed the game by giving Ninjas a second opportunity if they fell. Walker defeated Thomas by a hair in their head-to-head match and took home the Safety Pass, a victory that would change Walker’s life.
The 18-year-old native of Texas went into his Qualifying run with minimal margin for mistake. With ease, Walker climbed the Mega Wall and flew through every barrier to grab the $10,000. Walker, an experienced ANW combatant, enthralled the crowds right away with his focus and resolve. Walker was given a cerebral palsy diagnosis as a young boy, but fans were enamored with his ANW adventure and gave him the nickname “Walker Texas Ninja.”

Reaching Mt. Midoriyama is a significant feat, especially when taking into account the trek from Qualifiers to Finals. Fans of ANW Season 15 were kept on their toes by the fact that not one, but two Ninjas finished Stage 4 in the allotted 30 seconds. With a final time of 00:27.99, seasoned opponent Daniel Gil attained Total Victory, permanently securing his ANW legacy. But Walker’s time, 00:26.75, was a second faster than Gil’s, winning him the title of Champion. Walker’s triumph marked the pinnacle of passion and the perfect conclusion to an amazing season.
“Oh my gosh, I have been working so hard for this,” a sobbing Walker said to ANW sideline analyst Zuri Hall after his historic victory. “I mean, reaching this point and being on Stage 4 was my greatest desire, even more so than scaling the tower. It defies even my explanation. When I was a child, I was told straight out that I would never be able to walk. Just keep moving, please. Like, nothing can stop you from pursuing your dreams if you persist at it, regardless of what other people think.”
