She was an associate professor at Torrey Honours College for five years. She was a philosopher who connected with students on a personal level due to her generosity and keen intellect, her Christ-centeredness and engaging classroom presence. Let us cling to the promise of God’s Word that “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted” (Psalm 34:18) as we journey through this time of mourning at Biola.
