Canadian Pacific Holiday Train 2023: This year, the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train will make thirteen stops throughout the state of Wisconsin.

From December 3 to December 5, the dazzling tradition will return, replete with its glowing lights, holiday decorations, and musicians.

Among the scheduled destinations are:

Canadian Pacific Holiday Train 2023: 3 December

  • Arrival at 6:45 p.m.; event from 7:30 p.m. onwards; Amtrak Depot, 9900 E. Exploration Court, Sturtevant.
  • Caledonia: 8:05 p.m. arrival (8:15 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. event) at the 11402 County Road G railroad crossing

4 December

  • Arrival in Wauwatosa at 4 p.m.; event from 4:15 to 4:45 p.m.; Harwood Avenue railway crossing.
  • Hartland: Arrival at 5:30 p.m.; event from 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.; Cottonwood Avenue railway crossing
  • Arrival in Oconomowoc at 6:40 p.m.; event from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.; South Silver Lake Street railway crossing.
  • Watertown: Arrive at 7:50 p.m. (event: 8:30 p.m.); park in Brandt Quirk Park, which is adjacent to the CPKC tracks.
  • Arrival at 9:05 p.m. (event: 9:15 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.) at the Amtrak Depot, 395 N. Ludington St. in Columbus.

  • Arrival at 1:15 p.m.; event from 1:15 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.; portage through the CPKC yard adjacent to Averbeck Street.
  • Arrival at 2:30 p.m.; event from 2:45 to 3:15 p.m.; Amtrak Depot, 100 La Crosse St., Wisconsin Dells.
  • Mauston: 4 p.m. arrival; event: 4:15 p.m. to 4:40 p.m.; railway crossing on Division Street
  • Arrival at 5:25 p.m.; event from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Amtrak Depot, 205 N. Superior Ave.
  • Arrival at 6:40 p.m.; event from 6:50 p.m. to 7:20 p.m.; location: South Water Street and Milwaukee corner (on the south side of the CPKC tracks).
  • Arrival at 8:25 p.m. La Crosse time (event: 8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) Station of the Amtrak, 601 Saint Andrew St.

The Holiday Train is making visits in Wisconsin as part of its journey through Canada and the United States. Additionally, the event benefits local food organizations. At each location, CPKC contributes and encourages individuals to do the same.

As of its establishment in 1999, the train is said to have donated over 5 million pounds of food and over $22.5 million to food charities throughout North America.
