They uploaded a video of Maroc with the caption, “She died in a scooter accident after being run over” This time, her admirers questioned whether or not to believe the news. Some believed they were joking and found it amusing, while others were dismayed and cautioned them that, if it was a joke, it was not amusing.

Many of her supporters continue to believe it is a hoax and that she is still alive, but some have accepted the fact that they have commented “RIP” on various posts.

Despite rumours on Twitter and TikTok, it is uncertain whether Maroc is still alive or has passed away. She posted an Instagram photo nearly a day before the story went viral. Her social media comments have been disabled to prevent trolling and abuse from her detractors.
