Donna Brunton, a lifelong friend and companion, passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 63. Born in 1960, she was the first of seven children.

Donna Brunton Obituary: We sorrow bid farewell to Donna Brunton, our wonderful friend and lifelong companion, who went away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 63. On September 26, 1960, Donna was born into a family of seven children, the first being Norm and Joan Evon.

Her unwavering determination to embrace life and all of its challenges was a testament to her unwavering spirit. She was a tower of strength and determination who handled every obstacle with grace and determination, much like many eldest children.

Donna was a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, niece, friend, and coworker who made a lasting impression on the world with her unrelenting commitment. Her extensive background in the restaurant industry, where she most recently worked as D’Angelo’s Director of Franchise Operations, spoke to her commitment to quality.

She was always making sure that the cuisine and service at her restaurants was the best there was. Donna will always be remembered for her selfless generosity more than for her professional accomplishments.

Many people’s lives were improved by her kindness and Hello Dollys, and her family and friends also benefited from her good deeds. With a smile, a cup of coffee, a helping hand, and a comforting word, Donna was always there.

Even as we mourn her physical passing, we take solace in the knowledge that her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she touched. Donna is survived by her siblings Kate Broderick, Denise Vanech, Norm Evon, Julie DeLuca, Paul Evon, and John Evon, as well as her father Normand Evon and his wife Kathy.

Her daughter Brianne Foley, her husband Ryan, and their children Mia, Elise, Ryland, and Claire Foley also live, as do her sons Thomas Brunton and Michael Sullivan, and his children Ryan and Sean Sullivan.

Donna also leaves behind her brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. In 2006, her mother Joan Evon went away before her.

Donna enjoyed it best when everyone was together, therefore everyone is welcome to a get-together on Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Corridan Funeral Home, 333 Springfield St., Chicopee, MA. In Donna’s honour, contributions can be donated to the Shriners Children’s Hospital, located at 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
