Gannon Stauch Autopsy: The injuries on Gannon Stauch’s body, according to investigators, indicate that he fought back against his assailant on Monday morning during the murder trial of his mother, Letecia Stauch.
Dr. Susan Ignacio, who assisted with the autopsy of Gannon Stauch in Florida, was the first witness of the day. She asserts that Gannon sustained 18 stab wounds, 4 blunt force injuries, and one firearm wound.
According to Ignacio, Gannon’s complete body had decomposed, portions of his bones were visible, and he was still wearing the clothes he wore when he died. Ignacio described the strikes to Gannon’s head, including the bullet hole in his jaw, in detail. The cause of death was determined to be homicide.

A toxicology autopsy report was completed. Acetametaphine and hydrocodone were detected in Gannon’s system. The medical examiner claims he was uncertain whether or not the patient had a prescription for the Hydrocodone he observed.
Al Stauch, the father of Gannon, was then called to the witness stand. He claimed to have a prescription for hydrocodone for a hand injury. The medication that was kept on his bedside was never given to any of his children. Only he and Letecia, he said, knew its location.
