Horrifying Footage Reveals Deranged Gunman’s Rampage in NYC: On Saturday, a man on a scooter and armed with a ghost gun leisurely rode through a Queens neighbourhood, shooting unwitting bystanders, including an 87-year-old man who fell to the ground with blood dripping down his shirt. The video depicts a solitary senior citizen strolling along a tranquil stretch of Jamaica Avenue in Richmond Hill.

In the video obtained by The Post, the unidentified gunman, who is seen slowly rolling by on his scooter before presumably opening fire, misses his first target, a dog walker. As the older man turned to look behind him after hearing the gunfire, the attacker fired again, striking him in the back.

As the elderly victim appeared startled and began to writhe in agony on the sidewalk, the dog walker fled. Blood can be seen dripping down the front and rear of his button-down shirt in the video. A passerby observes him hunched over and clutching his back and rushes over to assist him.

The 87-year-old victim collapses to the ground shortly thereafter. Police say the gunman rode an illegal scooter across Brooklyn and southeast Queens on five separate occasions, murdering four individuals in “random” shooting incidents. The authorities have confirmed one death and three injuries.

The suspect was armed with a.9-mm handgun with an extended magazine, according to a police source, and was a heavyset Hispanic male wearing a green shirt, black trousers with a white pattern and black and white trainers.

Several cartridges of ammunition were discovered on him, according to a high-ranking police source. The plan was to deliver additional bodies. The assailant, who was quickly apprehended, was a 25-year-old man with a single arrest for possession of a counterfeit instrument. As of Saturday, no charges had been lodged.

A second video purports to depict the events just prior to the fatal shooting on Jamaica Avenue, in which the scooter gunman is seen racing down the street before abruptly halting and making a U-turn upon seeing the elderly pedestrian.

Before creeping up, aiming, and discharging the fatal shot that shattered the storefront glass, the assailant appeared to spend a minute sizing up his target.

The second video depicts a deserted intersection where a man in shorts and a tank top dashes across the street as an apparent gunman races by, lines up a perfect shot, and fires, sending the man sprawling to the ground.
