The fact that Jenna Jameson’s health issues were initially misdiagnosed as Guillain-Barré, a rare autoimmune disorder, contributes to their mystique. When it was subsequently determined that the initial diagnosis was incorrect, her medical ordeal took on a new level of difficulty.

Former adult entertainment icon and media figure Jenna Jameson is regaining her vigor after suffering from an incurable illness. In February 2022, Jameson announced on Instagram that she had returned home after spending nearly two months in the hospital.

Her symptoms included weeks of persistent vomiting, followed by eventual paralysis. Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS), a rare condition in which the immune system attacks the peripheral nerves, was once believed to be the origin of her symptoms; however, this has been disproven.

In March 2022, she informed her Instagram followers that doctors believed something was “off” with her “femoral nerve,” which was impacting the stamina in her legs.

In July 2022, she posted a photo of herself in front of an MRI machine demonstrating that she required a walker to get around. According to Jameson, the Instagram post’s caption read, “Exhausted but still fighting.”

Jameson is once again upright. Jameson also stated that she is drug-free in Instagram posts.
