Jessica Simpson’s Weight Loss: Jessica Simpson has addressed rumours that she used Ozempic to lose weight. When asked about her transformation in a recent interview with Bustle, which was published on July 5, Simpson set the record clear on the subject.

Simpson, who quit drinking alcohol in 2017, stated that hearing so much negative feedback from her supporters “hurts,” but she won’t let it prevent her from moving forward with her life.

When Simpson did a sponsored post for Pottery Barn Kids in late 2022, fans were eager to comment on her appearance and weight. People wanted to know how she was doing and if she was healthy after viewing the video. Approximately at the same time, some Twitter users began to believe Simpson was using Ozempic to lose weight.

Doctors prescribe Ozempic for the treatment of Type 2 diabetes. It has recently garnered attention for its potential weight loss benefits. The medication works by releasing a synthetic version of a hormone your body produces naturally after ingesting. This hormone helps you feel satisfied faster and reduces your appetite.

Novo Nordisk, the manufacturer of Ozempic and Wegovy, has stated in the past that it does not support the use of its drugs in methods that are not FDA-approved.

Several celebrities, including Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s daughter Gracie McGraw, have admitted to using the substance. Gracie McGraw stated that she was prescribed it to treat her polycystic ovary syndrome, which can lead to weight gain.

Dolores Catania from “Real Housewives of New Jersey” also disclosed that she was taking Mounjaro, a comparable weight-loss drug. Recently, actress Amy Schumer stated that she attempted Ozempic but had to discontinue use because it made her ill.
