Lana Del Rey Spotted Working as a Waitress at an Alabama Waffle House: A remarkably versatile pop diva is adored by us. On Thursday, July 20, Lana Del Rey was observed working a shift (in uniform) at a Waffle House in Alabama, thereby completing another requirement.

This week, the New York-born singer-songwriter was spotted in numerous Alabama communities, including Florence, where she was spotted inside a well-known restaurant chain, where she delighted admirers with photos and positive vibes.

Muscle Shoals resident Karina Cisneros Juarez met Del Rey and even took a photo with her. To say I am thrilled would be an understatement!!! Juarez made the declaration on her Facebook page. I’ve been a huge Lana Del Rey fan for more than a decade, so meeting her today was genuinely surreal.

Even Del Rey signed a copy of her forthcoming novel “Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass.”

“She was there, wearing a uniform and everything,” Juarez reported to AL.com. “It was somewhat unreal. I just expressed my admiration for her music and overall body of work. She was exceedingly charming and kind.”

“Casual day in Florence meeting Lana Del Rey,” Facebook user Macy Ladner wrote alongside a photo of herself and Del Rey inside a restaurant.

“It was terrific! “She was so genuine and down-to-earth with us,” Ladner said. She spoke with me and my colleague about our duties as educators and how she is preparing a new recording.

A Twitter user with the handle @honeymounz also shared images and video of Del Rey labouring behind the Waffle House counter, refilling coffee cups and serving customers. They included a close-up of the performer’s nametag, which reads “LANA.”

On Tuesday, July 18, Del Rey was seen signing the left arm of cosmetics artist Savana Vinson on North Court Street in downtown Florence, Alabama. In images shared by Vinson and other fans, Del Rey appeared poised and smiling during her fleeting interaction with Vinson. Vinson also shared a video of the encounter.
