Meet Justin and Sophie Trudeau’s Children: Xavier, Ella-Grace, and Hadrien

Sophie and I would like to announce that after many deep and challenging conversations

Meet Justin and Sophie Trudeau’s Children: In an Instagram post, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced his divorce from Sophie Grégoire Trudeau.

“Hello everyone! Sophie and I would like to announce that after many deep and challenging conversations, we have decided to separate. Always, we will remain a close-knit family with profound love and respect for each other and for all that we have built and will continue to construct. We request that you respect our and our children’s privacy for the sake of their well-being. “Thank you,” stated the announcement.

The former couple was wed at the end of May 2005. They have three children, ages 15, 14, and 9, named Xavier, Ella-Grace, and Hadrien.

The eldest child, Xavier James, was born on October 18, 2007. Ella-Grace Margaret is the younger sibling. The date of her birth is 5 February 2009. Hadrien Grégoire is the most youthful. His birthday is February 28, 2014.

Occasionally, Justin and Sophie shared photographs of their children on social media and during public appearances. They are known to be a close-knit family and have frequently been observed together.

In the past, Justin has stated that being a father to three children has helped him become a stronger leader because it has taught him the value of investing in children and families.

During the pandemic, his wife was diagnosed with COVID and had to isolate herself away from their three children in a specific area of the home, requiring Justin to become a full-time parent.

Even though they had a cook to prepare meals and staff members to drop off toys as needed, Justin was the only one who cleaned, did laundry, and supervised the daily activities of the children. In addition, he was late for a meeting with his employees on one occasion because he was giving Hadrien a bath.

Ben Chin, the senior adviser to the prime minister, was also in self-isolation at the time. “You could hear the children running around laughing and playing in the background, and coming over to say, ‘Come on daddy, let’s do this,'” Chin said.

He added, “You heard the half-muffled voice of a reasonable father: ‘Daddy’s on a crucial phone call right now. I cannot accomplish that.'”
