Mrbeast has been dedicated to his fitness regimen for nearly a year, which consists of daily weightlifting and strolling 12,500 steps.
Mrbeast then provided advice on how others can begin losing weight and getting in better shape:
“All you have to do is consistently exercise for three months, and it will become a part of your lifestyle,” he said. Because we have so much going on, a year ago I couldn’t comprehend how I would be able to do this consistently, but now it’s simply a habit.
